Services and Features

Bamboo purchases Assets equal to your investment in Assets, including through use of a Model Portfolio or Custom Portfolio;

We hold and retain all legal title to the Assets that we purchase, which Assets will be maintained in secure storage;

We provide you with information about your transactions on the Application and the Assets that we hold in relation to your investments, including providing Proof of Solvency;

Bamboo designs and makes available one or more Model Portfolios via the Application;

We manage your investment in Assets in accordance with your directions, including on the Model Portfolios or Custom Portfolio;

We sell your investment in Assets equal to the amount of any sell request at your direction and pay the resulting proceeds as Fiat Currency into your Account, less our Fees, within one (1) business day. You agree that you are only entitled to request the selling of your investment in Assets. You do not have any legal title to, rights of ownership or beneficial interest in the Assets;

If you have a Fiat Currency balance in your Account, you may withdraw Fiat Currency up to the value of that balance in your Account at any time, subject to any minimum balance you may be required to maintain an Account with us as detailed in the Application. The Fiat Currency withdrawn may take up to five (5) business days to arrive in your Funding Bank Account;

You have no entitlement to request the transfer or withdrawal of any Assets outside of the Application.

Fees

You agree to pay the Fees on the terms set out in the Settings Menu of the Application or set out in the FAQ of the Website, and authorize Bamboo to collect those Fees from you. All fees will be charged to the End User’s linked account.

A deposit/withdrawal flat fee applies when the amount is:

• Less than or equal to $100, the fee is $1.49.

• More than $100 but less than or equal to $250, the fee is $2.49.

• More than $250 but less than or equal to $500, the fee is $3.99.

• More than $500, the fee is 0.8%.

All Fees are calculated in Fiat Currency.
