Announcement - BDO Audit Appointment

Bamboo is thrilled to share that it has appointed global accounting firm BDO as independent auditors for the FY22 financial year.

The appointment of auditors provides further confidence to our shareholders, customers and other partners regarding Bamboo’s financial reports, the appropriateness of accounting policies, and the reasonableness of accounting estimates and related disclosures made by management.

As we continue to drive digital asset adoption in Australia, Bamboo welcomes enhanced scrutiny of the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry in order to provide greater credibility and transparency to sector participants.

“We are pleased to be appointed as inaugural independent financial statement auditors of Bamboo which reflects our growing presence in this important and growing sector,” said BDO audit partner, Dean Just.

“Having BDO as our auditor further solidifies our business as a market leader for secure and accessible exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum for the retail market,” said CEO Blake Cassidy.
